IMPORTANT FINAL EXAM INFORMATION – FALL 2025

Important Final Exam Information for Students with Approved Testing Accommodations:

  • Fall 2025 finals are approaching. Check your syllabi and/or connect with your instructors to determine if there will be a final exam for each of your courses. Please do not submit a request in a course that does not have a final exam.
  • You are not required to take exams at CSD.  If your course has a final exam that does not require students to take it in class with a live proctor, please do not request a seat at the CSD. We will not be able to accommodate seats for finals that can be taken remotely at any location.
  • Important!  When submitting your final exam scheduling request, select Course, then directly below, Additional Required Filters. Then, select campus and Final Exam? YES to ensure the final exam duration is set correctly.
  • Your final exams should be scheduled to be taken on the same date/time as your peers, based on the final exam schedule.

    Important! If you are planning on taking a final at the CSD you must submit your request to take the final exam at the CSD through MyAccess, at least TWO weeks (or 14 days) in advance of the final exam date.

    If the final exam is on Monday, December 8th, the last day you can submit a scheduling request is Monday, November 24th.

    If the final exam is on Tuesday, December 9th, the last day you can submit a scheduling request is Tuesday, November 25th.

    If the final exam is on Wednesday, December 10th, the last day you can submit a scheduling request is Wednesday, November 26th.

    If the final exam is on Friday, December 12th,  the last day you can submit a scheduling request is Friday, November 28th.

    If the final exam is on Saturday, December 13th, the last day you can submit a scheduling request is Saturday, November 29th.

        • The CSD anticipates reaching seating capacity and may not be able to assist with all final exam requests. We recommend you submit your final exam requests now as late scheduling request are NOT guaranteed. 
        • The CSD will be open for extended hours from Monday, 12/8- Saturday, 12/13 (*Regional campus dates may vary).
