  • Description:
    iCal is the default calendar software installed on the majority of all Apple mobile devices. It allows for repeating events, reminders, color coding, due dates and more. All scheduling done on an iCal on a mobile device can be synchronized to a laptop or desktop computer.

    Any.DO is a free organizational and time management app that helps you remember what you need to do. Users can organize their tasks and set due dates for each task and then receive regular reminders of when work is due. Any.DO syncs across all your devices, so any changes you make on one device are made on others. Tasks are also shareable with other people, which is great for working on projects.

    Astrid Task List is a free organizational and time management app that helps you your tasks that need to be done. Astrid Task List allows you to schedule your tasks and to-do lists and will give you reminders about due dates. All tasks and to-do lists synchronize across your devices and to the Astrid website for convenient access.

    inClass is a notetaking and planner app combined to be an effective tool built for many scholastic uses. You can set due dates for tasks and assignment, add your class schedule and set reminders for everything. Any notes taken with inClass can be dated and added to a calendar so you know exactly when you wrote your notes.

    iStudiez is free planner app that is designed to be used in the scholastic setting. Users can create recurring schedules of their daily classes and work, schedule due dates and times for work, and track their grades and semester GPA. iStudiez is also offered in a non-free Pro version with extended capabilities.

    myHomework is a free planner application for both Android and iOS that has a focus on homework planning. You can setup times, due dates, and a calendar for homework assignments, which are quickly viewable with the myHomework widget on Android. As well, you can setup your course schedule with reminders with myHomework.

    If This Then That is a app that allows your to build recipes for life! You can set recipes such that you will get reminders if certain events happen, for example if it’s snowing, please get me up earlier so I can clean my car off.

    Pause the digital. Start the real. Pause is a mobile app designed to help us reconnect with real life. Pause helps us to reduce our dependency on digital media and in turn free us up to do something more.

EpicWin

Epic win is an RPG style time management app for iOS. You play as one of five animated characters with different strengths to win loot, complete your journey, and level up. Quests are calendar entries in a checklist form, and can be set to repeat weekly or monthly if wanted. Calendar entries can be assigned an alarm or synced with Google calendar. Quests are divided into quests of strength, stamina, intellect, social, or spirit and are assigned an “epicness” point value. When you check items off your to-do list, you receive the “epicness” points and advance on your journey to earn loot. This app makes time management fun and interactive, and can be turned it into a competition with friends if you share your scores on Facebook or Twitter. It’s currently $2.99 from the App Store, and although it’s not available on other platforms, there are similar apps like Task Hammer for Android.

    30/30 is a quick and easy time management app for iOS devices. You can setup a list of tasks you want to do, set how much time to spend on each task, and then just start the timer. 30/30 will alarm you when your time for doing a task is over and then start the timer for the next task. 30/30 even makes room for putting breaks in your schedule so that you don’t over-work yourself.

  • Description:
    Reminder is installed on all iOS devices by default. With Reminder, you can schedule repeating or single events and tasks that give you reminders when the event is close. You can also write in short details about the event or task to help you remember what it is about.
